We're excited to welcome you to TeamGrippen for the 2026/2027 season! Before the season begins, we would like every athlete (along with a parent/guardian) to read through all the information on this form and sign off.  There's quite a bit of info but we want to make sure everyone understands what to expect this season/year.  Feel free to return to this form throughout the year if questions come up!
